halfway there

What a week! I am still not over the thrill of our little girl! I keep replaying "it's a girl" in my mind. I told myself I would be good but her little clothes are starting to pile up.

Brian and I could both start feeling light kicks at 19 weeks when we put our hands right on my belly. I adore those movements and pregnancy has been an absolute joy!

Finding out the gender was such a highlight of my life (although I did not care either way...promise) that I was a little sad it was over...kind of like I feel when Christmas ends and everyone goes home. But then I started thinking about the day we will see her face and hold her for the first time. Yep, I still have plenty to look forward to!
